Directions for use:

On clean, damp skin
Cleanse your face (or the area to be exfoliated)
Leave the skin slightly damp to reduce irritation
Apply a small amount
Take a small amount of gel in your hand
Avoid the eye area (too delicate)
Massage gently
Use circular motions
Very light: let the grains do the work; do not scrub hard
Duration: 30 seconds to 1 minute maximum
Rinse with lukewarm water
Rinse thoroughly
Pat dry with a towel without rubbing
Moisturize afterward
Apply a cream or oil (ideally a nourishing one)

Do not use on irritated skin or Do not apply to irritated or broken skin.
If product comes into contact with eyes, rinse immediately with clean water.
